Terms & Conditions

At Vhani Group (vhanigrocery.com, qurbaniaqiqah.com and ghorerbazaar.com) we aim to provide you with a seamless online grocery, fish, vegetable, and meat shopping experience. By using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Becoming a Customer

1.1 To place an order, you must be at least 18 years old, require delivery within our coverage area, and possess a valid credit or debit card in your name. Direct bank transfers are also accepted.
1.2 We reserve the right to decline any order or suspend your account at our discretion.
1.3 Our terms and conditions apply when you place an order.

Your Account

2.1 You may create an online account for easier ordering. You will be assigned a username and password.
2.2 You are responsible for all account activity. Keep your login details secure.
2.3 Ensure your account information is accurate and up to date.
2.4 Refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how we store and use your personal data.

Contract Formation

3.1 Once you place an order, we will send a confirmation email. A legally binding contract is formed only upon delivery.
3.2 If you enter incorrect details (e.g., email address), it is your responsibility to update us.

Amending or Cancelling an Order

4.1 You have a 1-hour window from the time of order placement to amend or cancel your order.
4.2 After the cut-off time, cancellation may incur full charges.
4.3 Cancellations must be sent via email within the 1-hour cut-off period, including your order number and delivery address.
4.4 If a product is unavailable, we will offer a replacement, refund, or voucher.

Pricing & Delivery Charges

5.1 Prices are as listed on the website at checkout and include VAT (if applicable).
5.2 Orders of £50 or more qualify for free delivery within 0.5 miles of 34 Thomas Rd, London E14 7YX or 54 St Paul’s Way, London
E3 4A. Orders below this amount incur a delivery charge starting at £10, depending on boroughs, plus a 10% commission fee.
5.3 If you modify your order, updated pricing will apply.
5.4 Payment is processed at checkout.

Delivery Policy

6.1 We aim to deliver within the timeframe specified during checkout.
6.2 Customers must ensure availability for delivery, as we are not responsible for failed deliveries.
6.3 If no one is available to accept delivery, we may leave it with a neighbor or at a designated pickup point.
6.4 If you request delivery to a secure location, we disclaim liability for theft or tampering.
6.5 Deliveries are handled by DPD or Royal Mail Parcelforce, and timing is subject to their scheduling.
6.6 Our delivery coverage council includes Tower Hamlets, Newham, Barking and Dagenham, Redbridge, Hackney, Greenwich, Southwark and Westminster. Addresses outside these boroughs may be subject to a surcharge.
6.7 Extreme weather or unforeseen events may affect delivery times.
6.8 We do not offer packaging in quantities smaller than 1kg.

Returns & Complaints

7.1 We guarantee the quality of all products. Inspect your order upon delivery.
7.2 Complaints about service will be reviewed within 1 working day.
7.3 Complaints about product quality will be assessed by our Head Butcher within 1 working day.
7.4 Due to the perishable nature of our products, returns are not accepted. However, we may issue a voucher as compensation.
7.5 You can delete your account at any time, which will remove all personal data.

Limitation of Liability

8.1 We are not liable for indirect losses, business losses, or loss of profits.
8.2 Our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence is not excluded.
8.3 Some products may contain allergens. It is your responsibility to check product descriptions.
8.4 Once goods are delivered, we are not responsible for their storage or condition.
8.5 We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our website.
8.6 Product images may vary from actual packaging.

Account Deletion

9.1 You may delete your account via your dashboard.
9.2 After deletion, only essential order history data will be retained for one month.

General Terms

10.1 These terms constitute the entire agreement between us.
10.2 We are not liable for delays beyond our reasonable control.
10.3 We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time.
10.4 These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
